We are looking for someone who: • Speaks and writes Swedish fluently • Lives within approximately 30 minutes of Nynäshamn (due to on-call requirements) • Has technical interest and practical work experience It is advantageous if you have: • Experience from process industry or energy operations • Education in operations and maintenance, HVAC, welding, or automotive mechanics • Knowledge in water treatment, combustion technology, or pneumatics Your Daily Work at Adven As an Operations Technician at Adven, you work broadly in operations, maintenance, and process development. You are a crucial part of ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable energy production. Your primary tasks: • Monitor and optimize boiler and process system operations • Perform rounds, sampling, and report deviations in maintenance systems • Work on preventive and corrective maintenance • Participate in improvement work and contribute to facility optimization • Assist with installation, simple soldering, filter replacement You will work closely with process operators and colleagues in operations. Work occurs both in the control room and throughout the facility. Work Time and On-Call Duties You will be part of a shift team with varying work hours (day, evening, and weekend). On-call duty is approximately every fifth week.
