The Water and Sewerage department is divided into two units: Collaboration and Utility Networks, and Operations and Maintenance. We are a total of 37 people, of which 25 employees are in the Operations and Maintenance unit, managing and operating the water and sewerage facilities. In total, we manage about 120 facilities spread across the municipality. Together, we work for a pleasant, joyful, and developing workplace. We are now looking for another team player who enjoys working together with us towards our goals. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** As an operations technician in wastewater, you will have a varied and independent job where you will: • Manage the operation and maintenance of our wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations, stormwater systems, and gas facilities • Troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize processes for the best treatment results • Contribute technical expertise in development and improvement work • Document, follow up, and ensure that the systems operate safely and efficiently You will be an important part of a team that values collaboration, responsibility, and humor, while also giving you the space to take your own initiatives.
