About this role
Job Responsibilities
Technology and Facilities is seeking a temporary Operations Technician responsible for conducting operation, maintenance, supervision, and corrective maintenance of properties and installations within Region Halland.
This means that as an operations technician, you will ensure in your daily work that properties function according to the property owner's requirements and tenant expectations. We seek someone who independently performs supervision, maintenance, and corrective work on common property objects and has a good understanding of how supervision and maintenance actions affect maintenance needs. Since we receive fault reports and orders from various operations, we want you to be able to troubleshoot and assist operations with their requests, and after analysis, determine whether you can perform the repair/order yourself or engage help within or outside the organization.
The work area covers properties in Varberg Municipality where Region Halland operates in collaboration with Technology and Facilities. This includes properties in Bua, Veddige, Håsten, Västra Vall, and Breared. Work may also occur within Falkenberg Municipality. Additionally, there are operations rented from external property owners, which means the work area can vary depending on needs and assignments.
Support from the work team in Varberg and Team Coordinator will be available.
Placement/location will be determined by agreement upon employment.
