About the role As an operations technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities as an operations technician will include: - Performing regular rounds, inspections, and maintenance of properties - Ensuring that fault reports are addressed promptly and with the appropriate knowledge/skills - Communicating with subcontractors, Coor's own staff, and tenants – both verbally and in writing - Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and proposing improvements - Performing task-based work beyond the contract - Being customer-focused and maintaining a professional and positive customer relationship Who are you?
