About the assignment
Coor has been entrusted with the important task of managing property operations at several hospitals and schools in Gästrikland and Hälsingland. We are looking for someone who wants to use their skills and commitment to create safe, functional environments for patients, students, and staff. What will you be working on? As an operations technician, you will work broadly and variably within property-related services in a dynamic environment. You will belong to a work team that has good collaboration among competencies in a supportive, pleasant, and inclusive work culture.
Your main responsibilities as an operations technician will include:
- Performing regular inspections, oversight, and maintenance of properties
- Troubleshooting and maintaining technical facilities
- Ensuring that fault reports are completed on time and with the right expertise
- Communicating with subcontractors and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
- Assisting in the establishment and follow-up of maintenance plans and improvement proposals
- Conducting risk assessments in the work environment and suggesting developments
- Performing task-based work beyond the contract
- Being customer-focused and maintaining good business relationships with clients

We are looking for someone who has:
- Education in property/operations technology or equivalent experience
- Work experience in operations/property technology
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: electrical systems, control and regulation, ventilation and cooling, plumbing technical facilities
- A valid driving license (B)
- Good computer and system skills
- Proficient spoken and written Swedish
- Good understanding of English
It is an advantage if you have:
- Training in mobile work platforms, fall protection, hot work, facility management, or other relevant areas
- Experience with Maximo, Faciliate
- Experience in property operations in a hospital environment

About the position:
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: Full-time 100%
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00. On-call duty included.
- Start date: By agreement
- Probationary period: 6 months
