We ensure that the municipality's premises provide a pleasant environment for those who occupy them by shaping and developing our properties in close collaboration with the municipal sectors that lease them. All to ensure that Sundsvall Municipality can conduct its operations in efficient, purpose-built, and climate-smart facilities. Drakfastigheter is currently an operation within the Municipal Executive Office management with about 230 employees. In addition to property management, cleaning, laundry management, and continuous operations, we are responsible for new, renovation, and expansion projects in municipal premises. Together with the municipal administrations, we work to offer the residents of Sundsvall premises and environments in which they can thrive and develop. JOB DESCRIPTION As a control and regulation technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our control and regulation systems function optimally and reliably, contributing to energy-efficient and stable operations in our properties. In this role, you will work closely with operational technicians, specialists, and energy controllers to guarantee the systems' functionality. You will also be an important support and requirements setter in connection with procurement, new construction, and renovation projects, as well as serving as an advisor to construction managers, project leaders, and contractors in matters related to control and regulation technology. Your primary tasks will include: • Responsibility for operation, review, and optimization of the properties' control and regulation systems. • Troubleshooting, adjustment, and follow-up of operational disturbances, either independently or in collaboration with operational technicians and contractors. • Review and analysis of alarm lists from the control systems and resolution of issues. • Some programming and parameter adjustment in existing control systems. • Participate as technical support in procurement and projects within control and regulation technology. • Educate and support operational technicians in control and regulation issues and serve as an internal sounding board. • Conduct rounds and regular inspections of properties to identify any deficiencies or improvement opportunities. • Provide advisory services and guidance on energy issues and system improvements. The role is independent, which means that you plan and drive your own work while closely collaborating with other technicians and functions within the organization. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has: • A high school education. • Education in measurement and control technology, regulation technology, or equivalent background, combined with at least two years of experience working with control and regulation systems. • Good computer skills and strong proficiency in the Office suite. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. • A valid driver's license with at least a B category. It is advantageous if you have: • Experience with BAS/BMS systems such as Schneider, Arrigo, Siemens, or Webbport. • Previous experience in operations and maintenance work in properties or industry. • Knowledge of IT systems and networks within the relevant area.
