You possess the ability to listen and communicate with our tenants and customers to provide the best possible service. **Your Responsibilities:** As an operations technician, you will be part of our operations team. Your work will include, among other things: - Receiving fault reports. - Performing minor repairs and carpentry work. - Door service. - Adjusting and repairing automatic door openers. - Ongoing inspection/supervision of our roofs. - Conducting fire safety assessments in all our properties. - Acting as a contact person for contractors performing testing of fire and burglary alarms. - Creating and maintaining good relationships with our tenants. **We are looking for someone who has:** - Training as an operations technician or other equivalent education/experience. - Several years of experience in the operation and maintenance of commercial properties. - Education/experience in conducting fire safety assessments. - A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships. - A strong sense of service, is self-driven, and enjoys helping others. - A solution-oriented approach and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - A valid driver's license (B category). **About KIAB** KIAB was established in 1959 and was originally named Nävertorps Fastighets AB.
