About this role
About Us
Specialfastigheter owns, develops, and manages security properties. The property portfolio includes facilities such as correctional institutions, youth homes, courthouses, and police buildings. Several of our customers operate businesses critical to our country's security, which places special requirements on both the premises and us. Our properties are located in over 60 municipalities, from Trelleborg in the south to Haparanda in the north, where our approximately 300 employees are also based. We are growing rapidly, and our project portfolio of 32 billion means more exciting projects than ever. We are therefore seeking curious and driven individuals who want to be part of our journey. Examples of work tasks included in the position:
• Perform corrective maintenance

• Conduct minor planned maintenance and tenant adaptations
• Implement systematic fire protection work (SBA)
• Follow-up, analysis, and compilation of media, regulatory requirements, and inspections
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, colleagues, and contractors
• Report and update cases in our case management system
