Your Daily Work - Contribute to Sweden's Defense Capability
The Southwest region operates in Västra Götaland, Skåne, and Halland counties, with this position located in the Revinge District covering the Revinge garrison. Currently, fourteen operations and property technicians work in this district.
You will independently work on operating and maintaining our property portfolio. This includes supervision and management, self-inspections of facilities, fire safety work, and preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, technical installations, and associated infrastructure such as heating, electrical, water, and air treatment systems, as well as control, regulation, and monitoring systems. The role involves frequent customer and supplier contacts, working both individually and in groups. On-call duty may be part of the position. Travel within the district is included.
Qualifications
We seek candidates with at least high school education. You should have technical operations or property management training, or equivalent education in areas such as control systems, property operations, ventilation, fire safety, or cooling systems. You should have work experience in the property sector, specifically in operations involving supervision, maintenance, and corrective repairs. You should have a good ability to troubleshoot property technical installations and perform repairs.
You should have good knowledge of administrative IT support systems and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Swedish. A driver's license (at least class B) is required.
Preferred experience includes independently handling service orders, fault reporting, or operational optimization, and troubleshooting individually or in groups. Experience with electrical systems, control systems, plumbing, cooling, or work in security-classified positions is also advantageous.

About the Position
This is a permanent position, potentially starting with a probationary period. As a permanent employee, you will be war-placed. Location is Revinge. Employment requires Swedish citizenship and involves placement in a security class.
