We are now seeking an Operations Technician for Riba AB, which is part of Newsec in Stockholm - we welcome your application! About the Position We are looking for an Operations Technician who, with curiosity and commitment, is ready to take on their next challenge. As an Operations Technician at Newsec, you will work both independently and in groups with assigned properties. Your task is to participate in both daily and planned property operations and contribute to short and long-term property maintenance planning. You will work on energy and operational optimization, supervision, troubleshooting, and repairs of technical installations including heating, ventilation, monitoring systems, and control systems. You will conduct energy follow-up, analyze and explain technical correlations, help meet regulatory requirements, and manage smaller projects and contribute to delivery development. The role involves creating and maintaining good customer relationships by being accommodating and professional. Your Profile We are seeking candidates who have: • Operations Technician education from vocational college or equivalent work experience • Multiple years of experience working as an Operations Technician, independently managing supervision, maintenance, and upkeep • Good knowledge of control systems and monitoring systems • Good understanding of how supervision and maintenance actions affect properties and their installations • Strong communication skills in Swedish and basic English skills in speech and writing • General computer competence • Class B driver's license Meriting Qualifications: • Certificates for Hot Work, Fall Protection, Alarm System Operator, or Sprinkler System Operator As a person, you are curious, outgoing, and have high service-mindedness, as the role involves significant contact with tenants and customers.
