About JKPG Fast
Jönköping Municipality's Property Development AB (JKPG Fast) owns, manages, develops, and builds new properties. Our goal is to meet the needs of the municipality, its residents, and the business community for land and commercial spaces. We own and manage approximately 125,000 m² of heated area distributed across properties including Elmia, Science Park House, Science Park Towers, Industribyn, Momarken, Övertaget, Harpan, and Ätteläggen. In addition, the company owns 7 parking houses with a total of approximately 2,600 spaces.
We have had several major projects in recent years, one of which is Science Park Towers. During 2025-2027, we will among other things develop Elmia with a new large kitchen, develop Industribyn with new industrial spaces, and develop the Harpan block in the city center.

About the Role
As an operations technician focused on safety and fire prevention, you will become a key person in our organization. You will contribute to safety, functionality, and customer satisfaction in our properties through daily operations, maintenance, and development of technical systems. The role also includes responsibility for safety issues, systematic fire protection work, and management of access and alarm systems. You will have daily contact with tenants and be involved in coordinating projects and adaptation work.
In the role, you will have a colleague who supports and guides you, with a gradual handover during a certain period. The role will partially replace an existing colleague in preparation for future retirement.

Primary Work Tasks
• Property operations, supervision, maintenance, and management
• Handling service notifications and urgent interventions
• Development and optimization of existing systems
• Active participation in the company's fire and safety work
• Conducting safety inspections
• Customer contact and service
• Coordination of maintenance and adaptation work
• Participation in smaller projects
• On-call duty may be included in the position
Who Are You?
You have post-secondary education in operations technology, property technology, or equivalent, and several years of experience from the property industry or similar technical environment. You have good knowledge of safety and fire protection, preferably with training as a facility manager and experience with systematic fire protection work.
We would like you to have experience with programming and management of security systems, such as ILOQ, ASSA, RCO, Mifare, ARX, and knowledge of Unison and specific evacuation alarms (UTM).
You are a person who enjoys taking responsibility and working independently, while appreciating collaboration and contributing to the team's collective goals. You have a solution-oriented approach, are helpful, and good at creating positive relationships. With your curiosity and technical interest, you see opportunities where others see obstacles – and you actively contribute to developing both work methods and the team around you.
You have a B driver's license, good knowledge of Swedish and English, and are comfortable with digital tools and the Office package.
Good to Know
The position is full-time, and probationary employment may be applied. Working hours are 07:00–16:00. During potential on-call duty (Thursday to Thursday), you will have a free Friday after completed duty, with working hours of 06:45–16:00. Location: Jönköping / all properties in the portfolio. You will report to the site manager.
