Operations Technician / Property Manager

We are looking for someone with a pronounced service mindset who has worked as an operations technician/property caretaker for several years and enjoys having order and cleanliness around them. You should also have "an eye for detail" and be able to identify if something needs to be organized, and ideally, come up with your own development ideas. If you are a service-oriented person with an eye for quality and a sense of how properties make a good impression, and you enjoy working in service, then you are the right person for us. You should also be able to see the small details within the bigger picture. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is essential to assist our customers in the best way possible and to work with our order management system DeDU and Vitec, where all work and times are recorded. You will be responsible for a number of properties in the Stockholm area, mostly within the city limits. In these properties, most possible tasks that can occur in a property will need to be performed. Your responsibilities will include, among other things, rounds including changing light sources, adjusting door closers, gates, etc., replacing sinks, toilets, and faucets, maintaining order in waste rooms and all other common areas and gardens/courtyards, clearing drains, working with energy optimization, ventilation, and so on—essentially everything that can occur to maintain order and good condition in the properties.
