Operations Technician

Within the Business Unit Tech, approximately 200 employees work with technical property operations and management. Through knowledge, creativity, and collaboration, we create better conditions for smarter property management, with a focus on the whole. The position involves, among other things: · Being the face of the property owner and responsible for ensuring tenants receive good service and a functional environment. · Conducting rounds with corrective maintenance of properties and addressing reported issues. · Independently performing most, even advanced, technical work in supervision, maintenance, preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance, as well as systematic fire safety work. · Independently troubleshooting technical installations and equipment. · Implementing measures and documenting in accordance with established routines. Who are you? You have: * Several years of experience in independent technical property management · Property/technical operations education or equivalent competence acquired through work experience * Experience working independently in different types of properties * Familiarity with extensive tenant contact * Experience with various property technical systems * Experience in one of the following areas: control and regulation, electricity, cooling, HVAC, energy, or fire safety * B driver's license Personal characteristics: We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, focuses on the customer's best interests, and is skilled at handling different types of people and situations that may arise in daily work. It is also an advantage if you are thorough in your work and enjoy working methodically. We appreciate a technically interested person who likes to use technical solutions in their work.
