**About the Organization**
The Operations Department within the Property, Support, and Service Administration is responsible for operations, supervision, maintenance, and corrective maintenance, including customer service and certain project support.
The Gothenburg area has a highly technical property portfolio of approximately 700,000 square meters, with Sahlgrenska, Mölndal, Östra, and Högsbo hospitals as the largest units.
**About the Role**
Primarily, you will work with the operation, supervision, and maintenance of electrical systems, as well as corrective maintenance within property management. You will order and call off contractor work and services, as well as materials for property operations. You will handle administration tasks such as invoice management and reporting of actions within property management. When necessary, you will provide technical support to management and projects within the unit's area of operations.
Travel between hospital sites may be required.
**About You**
We are looking for someone with a technical high school education focused on electricity, or post-secondary education such as a vocational college with a focus on electricity, operations and maintenance, or property management. Alternatively, you may have other education and experience deemed equivalent. You have experience working independently in the operation and service of technical systems. Additionally, you have several years of documented experience in electrical installation and are accustomed to handling administrative tasks such as work orders, invoices, or audit documentation.
You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Since we have a customer-oriented approach, we expect you to be comfortable with both collaboration and independent work, and to understand the importance of service and communication with our tenants. You are an engaged person skilled at building communicative networks and have strong coordination abilities. You are meticulous and proactive, able to take initiative, and accustomed to independently managing and resolving arising issues.
As a person, you value working alongside committed colleagues and take pride in your professional role. Shared responsibility for your and your team's delivery is a given for you. You are goal-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoy sharing your knowledge. Previous experience working with overarching systems and/or knowledge of lighting control and tele/data systems is an advantage.
Additional qualifications that are advantageous include:
- Experience in project management or supervisory experience.
- Experience working with various types of UPS systems.
- Good knowledge of scheduling and revision.
- Experience using digital systems to report and manage work orders.
- Knowledge of various lighting systems such as KNX, Dali.
