About the Position Nabo's Property Services is expanding, and we are now recruiting a Facility Technician. You will be part of a competent team of 18 individuals with various areas of expertise. The operations and installation team works broadly across different specialist fields, and as a Facility Technician, you will be responsible for conducting rounds, service, and inspections of technical installations in our clients' properties. We are looking for candidates who have a good sense of business and customer relations. You will have the opportunity to independently plan your work, and we hope you find it enjoyable to be involved in driving the development of our service offerings. Responsibilities • Communicate with Nabo's clients regarding corrective actions that need to be taken in the property. • Be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing operations, maintenance service, problem-solving, and new installations. • Coordinate your assignments with clients and procure related materials. • Prepare and present quotes to clients and compile invoicing documentation in our business systems. Your Background We expect that you have experience working as a Facility Technician and are accustomed to independently managing technical installations. You are structured in your work, have good computer skills, and a desire to develop within your expertise. As a Facility Technician, you will work broadly, so we are looking for someone with relevant expertise in ventilation/heating, control technology, or plumbing.
