Operations Technician

Qualifications As a facility technician with our client, you will be responsible for: * Operation, supervision, and maintenance of technical property systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, electricity, and plumbing * Corrective maintenance and optimization of property operations * Rounds, troubleshooting, and reporting through digital systems * Ongoing communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers * Ensuring that delivery is of high quality and good service Requirements for the Role * At least 3 years of experience as a facility technician or similar in property management * Technical education in plumbing, electricity, operations, or property technology * Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written * Class B driver's license * Ability to work independently and with a solution-oriented approach * Strong service orientation and professionalism in customer interactions Meritorious * Experience in control and regulation technology * Certifications such as refrigeration certification, electrical authorization, or OVK * Experience with commercial properties in the Stockholm area Personal Attributes We are looking for someone who: * Is structured and meticulous * Takes responsibility for your assignments and ensures high quality * Thrives in an independent role but also values good collaboration * Has a positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset * Is communicative and feels confident in customer dialogues Employment Permanent position Start date to be agreed upon About Us Our client is an established service company that delivers comprehensive solutions in property management, technical administration, and cleaning services.
