About this role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will engage in a varied and developing administrative technical role focused on the operation and service of our properties.
You will be the hub of property operations and an important link between technicians, engineers, managers, and clients.
A central part of the role is to coordinate, plan, and follow up on work in our maintenance system, Faciliate, which is the foundation for how we manage, document, and ensure the quality of operations. You will use the system to handle work orders, plan maintenance, and follow up on cases—making you a key person in ensuring efficient and well-structured operations. You will also support your manager and various workshops with different matters and tasks, such as managing internal communication and client relations, as well as coordinating internal and external services.

About You
You have a relevant post-secondary technical education and/or other training and skills that the employer deems equivalent. To succeed in this role, you need several years of work experience in planning, preparation, or alternatively, work management. You should be communicative and have a good demeanor, as the job involves a lot of contact with both our internal workshops and people from other operations. The position also includes a significant amount of planning and follow-up, so good computer skills are required. A valid driver's license (B) is also necessary.
