About the Position
We are seeking a maintenance technician with several years of experience in property management for an assignment with our client. Together with other team colleagues, you will work to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of properties with a strong focus on sustainability and efficiency. You will work closely with other technicians and property managers to ensure properties function smoothly and effectively.
Typical work tasks include:
• Responsible for and performing property maintenance
• Planning operations and leading weekly meetings
• Collaboration with property managers and suppliers regarding orders
• Documenting and reporting technical problems and solutions
This is a consulting assignment via Adecco, placement to be agreed upon.
About You
We are looking for someone who is practically minded and has an interest in energy and sustainability. As a person, you are solution-oriented, quick to get an overview, and see what needs to be done. You will be part of a team, so communication and collaboration are important to achieving set goals.
Requirements for the Position:
• Experience working as a maintenance technician or equivalent in property management
• Relevant education in control systems, maintenance technology, property management or similar
• Ability to express yourself well verbally and in writing in English and Swedish
It is also advantageous if you have:
• Knowledge of fire systems
• Good computer and technology skills
• Experience or great interest in a leadership role
