With us, you will become a key person in our cohesive team responsible for safe and efficient operations—while also having the opportunity to participate in a period of growth, technical investments, and innovation in the region.
About the Position
At Linde's gas plant (formerly AGA) in Luleå, industrial gas production has been a natural part of our operations since the 1960s, with SSAB as our largest customer. The tasks are varied and range from mechanical and automation tasks to process monitoring and control engineering. You will work closely with a small, knowledgeable team with strong cohesion that shares experiences and collaborates to achieve the best possible results.
You will have significant responsibility for planning and following up on work efforts while actively contributing to the development of our routines and processes.
The position is during daytime hours, with on-call duty according to a rotating schedule.
Your Main Responsibilities

Who Are You?
You are a technology-oriented individual with relevant education or experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical work, or similar fields. With your technical knowledge, ability to plan and prioritize, and focus on safety and quality, you contribute to stable and efficient operations. You are communicative, easily collaborate with others, and readily take initiative when you see potential for improvements. Additionally, you meet changes and challenges with flexibility and a positive attitude.
To succeed in this role, you also need to meet the following requirements:
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical work
• B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish and good English, as English is used as the corporate language
