Lilja & Co is also supported by our sister company, Service Companiet. **Operations Planner** This is an investment in a new role designed to further develop and strengthen our operations. As an Operations Planner, you will play a central role in creating a well-planned, proactive, and quality-driven everyday environment for both employees and clients. The role will evolve over time, and you will have excellent opportunities to influence working methods and routines. **About the Position** As an Operations Planner, you will be part of our management team and work closely with Team Leaders and the Operations Manager. Together, you will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and that the right employees are in the right place at the right time. **Main Responsibilities** - Staffing planning and scheduling – create and optimize schedules in accordance with client assignments and resource needs. - Recruitment – participate in recruitment processes and manage employment contracts. - Time reporting and approval – ensure accurate time reports, support employees, and approve hours in our systems. - Administration – manage project reporting, documentation, key management, and vehicle administration. - External and internal communication – be part of the team that receives and follows up on orders, inquiries, and phone and email matters. - Operational support – assist management in daily operations with planning, prioritization, and problem-solving. **Who Are We Looking For?** We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and enjoys working on continuous improvements to strengthen and develop the planning of our operations. You are unpretentious, independent, and have a knack for collaboration.
