At Göteborg Energi Nät AB (GENAB), we ensure the city never stands still. Electricity must be delivered, regardless of weather, time of day, or global events. We are now seeking an Operations Engineering Manager who wants to take responsibility for Gothenburg's electricity supply while developing within an engaged and knowledgeable team.
Your Role
As an Operations Engineering Manager, you are a key person in securing the operation of our electrical grid. You will monitor facility status, manage alarms, and initiate appropriate actions during disruptions. Together with our field technicians, you will prioritize interventions and ensure electricity is quickly restored when issues occur. You will also plan and lead network switchovers, write operational orders, and inform customers about planned work.

Your Team
You will become part of the operations management center, where we control and monitor the electrical grid for the entire city. Work is conducted in three shifts, and you will work alongside ten other operations engineering managers in a tight-knit team supporting each other around the clock. In total, we are approximately 20 colleagues sharing a common mission: secure electricity for the entire city.
