Here we feed our customers before, during, and after their visit to us. We meet our customers in the restaurant, bistro, and food market at the exit. As an operations manager, your responsibility is to lead your colleagues during the work shift. You ensure that everyone knows what they should do and you roll up your sleeves to get the job done. This can range from distributing tasks and receiving deliveries to rescheduling the daily plan or ensuring that our routines are followed.

To thrive as an operations manager, there are a few things you need to be comfortable with. You need to be comfortable with a changing pace where the dining area is empty one moment and fully occupied five minutes later. When the pace changes, you need to be ready to prioritize and motivate your colleagues to do the same. You need to be confident and comfortable giving and receiving feedback. Of course, you love customer interaction and working in sales!
For this position, it is a requirement that you understand and can communicate in Swedish. Beyond that, experience in retail/sales or leadership is meritorious. About this work area
As an operations manager, you do not have personnel responsibility. You will be an operations manager for approximately 50% of your work shifts. The remaining time, you are scheduled as a Food team member.
We offer a permanent position of 30.75 hours per week. Working hours vary. You can start as early as 07:00 and finish as late as 20:45. You work approximately 2 evenings per week and every other weekend.
