ABOUT THE POSITION
As Operations Manager at Adven in Munkedal, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and sustainable operations of the facility. You will plan and lead daily activities, optimize operations, and ensure smooth production. Your responsibilities span the entire production chain, from fuel withdrawal to customer delivery, as well as analysis, monitoring, and reporting of results.
In this role, you will lead a team of six operational technicians, planning, distributing, and following up on work to ensure that operations and maintenance are performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality. As Operations Manager, you will also have health and safety and environmental responsibilities for the facility, which means actively promoting a safe working environment and sustainable operations from both technical and environmental perspectives. You will work closely with both the customer and the Maintenance Manager at Adven to continuously improve and streamline operations. A central part of the role is also to contribute to the development of Adven's management structure and work processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and improving standardized processes
* Planning and monitoring the operations of the facility
* Optimizing production and distribution as well as analyzing and reporting results
* Handling administrative tasks, including internal and external reports
* Planning and managing fuel handling and deviation management according to Adven's management structure
* Leading and supporting the team members within your team
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has previous experience in district heating and/or the process industry concerning operations and maintenance
- Has a background as an operations engineer, operations technician, operations coordinator, or facility manager
- Is proficient in the Office suite
- Holds a Class B driving license
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish, as the language is used in daily operations
It is an asset if you have:
- Previous experience in energy production
- Previous leadership experience and thrive in a coaching role
- Knowledge and practical experience of LEAN methodology and quality management systems
