**Your Responsibilities**
We are looking for an operations manager in crop production for our client located north of Stockholm County – a role for you who combines technical expertise with practical work and strong leadership. Here, you will be a key person in the team, working both in the field and with administrative tasks – while being responsible for planning, distributing, and following up on the daily work.
As an operations manager, you will be an active part of the daily operations, including machine operation and other tasks related to crop production. During the season, this includes driving a combine harvester, participating in sowing, fertilization, and other field activities. You will also be responsible for planning and distributing tasks efficiently within the team, which requires you to be communicative, solution-oriented, and possess strong collaboration skills.
**Your Main Responsibilities:**
- Participate in practical crop production work – including machine operation and fieldwork
- Drive a combine harvester during the harvest season
- Plan and distribute tasks within the team, in close dialogue with colleagues and management
- Troubleshoot and repair machines as needed
- Ensure that daily operations run smoothly according to plan
- Contribute to a positive work environment and team spirit
**Your Profile**
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in crop production within agriculture
- Is an experienced machine operator, particularly with larger agricultural machinery
- Has technical understanding and is not afraid to tackle machine issues
- Is structured and self-driven, yet a team player
- Thrives on responsibility and can make decisions when necessary
- Is flexible and enjoys a varied, fast-paced work environment during the season

Working hours: Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Location: Stockholm County

Our client is a modern family business actively working with sustainable crop production. They cultivate grains and oilseeds on approximately 1200 hectares and focus on improving soil health through renewable nutrients and gentle farming methods. The operation has a modern fleet of machinery and new facilities. Housing is available upon interest, as well as opportunities for hunting.
