Description
The service company Pima continues to grow and is now seeking an engaged operations manager for our team in Kista.
In the role of operations manager, you will be the hub and have overall responsibility for daily operations and service delivery to customers in Critical Environments, such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, and food industries throughout Stockholm.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a central role where you can combine leadership, planning, and customer focus to create quality in every assignment.
The position is a permanent employment with an initial six-month probationary period.
Your Responsibilities
You will plan and staff facilities, coach personnel, provide staff with materials, work clothing, and correct instructions and information. You will perform quality controls and material orders, and develop the business through cross-selling, invoicing documentation, calculation, and estimation. The work also includes customer contact through meetings, phone calls, and emails.
We Are Seeking Someone Who Has
- Experience and knowledge in the cleaning industry, preferably with specific experience in clean rooms and healthcare cleaning
- Good planning skills
- Strong ability to manage and maintain customer and colleague relationships
- Good computer skills (calculation, start-up planning)
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Class B driver's license
- SRY education

We Prefer Candidates Who Have
- Experience with Tengella or other system support used in the industry
- Previous experience as a cleaning staff, with knowledge of machine and combo machine operation, cleaning materials, cleaning methods, and various floor materials
