**About the Position**
We are currently seeking an Operations Manager who wants to contribute to the future of train traffic in Mälardalen. In your role, you will monitor the traffic situation and inform our employees and passengers quickly and accurately during disruptions, in close collaboration with other colleagues at the operations control center and the Swedish Transport Administration.
You who are applying for the role need to be service-oriented, resilient under stress, meticulous, and comfortable with shift work. A good ability to collaborate and take initiative is crucial for success in this role.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Monitoring the traffic situation and rapid dissemination of information during disruptions to both employees and passengers.
- Close collaboration with operations managers, the operations control center, and the Swedish Transport Administration to ensure accurate and clear traffic information.
- Independent work with development and administrative tasks, such as updating traffic information systems and managing passenger feedback.
- Preparation and execution of information campaigns during planned traffic disruptions.
- Shift work and weekend work, with responsibility for traffic information both independently and as part of a team.
**Qualifications**
- You have worked onboard trains as a train attendant or in a similar position for at least two years.
- You write flawlessly in Swedish and can express yourself easily in both spoken and written communication.
- You have good IT skills and experience handling various types of systems.
- You have training in or previous experience with traffic information/communication.

- Employment Type: Permanent position (6-month probationary period)
