About the role
As an operations coordinator, you are the hub of our property management. You coordinate the work, support the team, and ensure that we deliver high quality to our clients. The role involves close collaboration with both colleagues and clients, where you build strong relationships and contribute to achieving common goals.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing the daily coordination of work orders (WO)
- Administrative tasks, including invoice management
- Ensuring a professional and satisfactory delivery to the end customer
- Leading and coaching employees in daily operational work
- Monitoring quality and actively working with WO texts, status, and other important details
- Checking and following up on Service Level Agreements (SLA)

You find it easy to steer, plan, and follow up on operations in the right direction and enjoy creating order in a dynamic environment.

We expect you to have:
- Several years of experience in the real estate industry
- A completed property technical education or equivalent competence
- Proficient Swedish in both spoken and written form
- A valid driver's license (B)
- Good computer skills in Office 365 and comfort with digital tools
- Experience in monitoring systems

About the position:
- Employment type: Permanent position
- Employment rate: 100%
- Working hours: 07:00-16:00
- Start date: As soon as possible
- Probationary period: 6 months
The role is classified under security levels, and a security clearance will be conducted according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) before employment.
