About the Role
Driven and meticulous are certainly a given! We are incredibly dedicated to what we do every day, so you'll need to bring your own drive. Meticulousness will help you keep track of things when things move quickly, and they do. We are growing and need someone who wants to help build our back office.
We believe this role suits someone who enjoys technology, communication, and keeping details in order. Here, you'll work in an environment where design & technology meet craftsmanship and business.
You will work broadly on tasks that support both our "pre-business" work (sales support, preliminary calculations, quote materials, supplier contacts) and our delivery phase (coordination, order management, documentation).
Our Thoughts on Your Tasks
The role is not 100% set in stone; you will help shape it. What you as a person bring is important for us to get the job done together. How we do things is not written in stone; you'll help us develop 38 Degrees.
So far, we've thought about the following tasks:
• Prepare quote materials
• Manage documents, orders, and delivery documentation
• Update product and project documentation
• Coordinate logistics and order flows
• Support marketing and sales work with preliminary calculations, materials, and presentations
• Contribute to structure and order in our digital tools
We would love if you have experience with social media, but that would be a bonus – not a requirement.
Who Are You?
Careful, positive, and self-driven – you've already got that down. You might also have a genuine interest in design, interior, or technology & project work.
We believe you:
• Might be studying at a university/college (e.g., in technology, economics, communication/marketing, architecture, or similar) and want a combination with work life
• Are quick to learn new systems and enjoy organizing and structuring
• Communicate fluently in Swedish and English
• Can work approximately 15-20 hours per week. We are flexible with days and times

About Us
38 Degrees AB creates exclusive wellness environments focused on design, quality, and premium craftsmanship. We work with pools, spas, saunas, and wellness solutions for both private and public environments – often in collaboration with architects, construction contractors, and hotels.
Our projects range from custom stainless steel pools and bio-saunas to complete wellness facilities for hotels and resorts.
We are located in wonderful facilities in Jonsereds historic factory area, with nature around the corner and Gothenburg just 10 minutes away.
