What will you be working on?
As an Operations Manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for daily operations, where you lead and develop the business with a focus on staff, customer satisfaction, and business results.
You will work closely with your fellow Operations Managers in a team, supporting each other to achieve common goals and create a successful operation.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Personnel responsibility and employee development
- Collaboration with operations leaders and leading and coordinating the ongoing work of the business
- Actively initiating improvements and developments in our service delivery, both internally and towards customers
- Customer responsibility and ongoing dialogue with customers within the framework of the delivery
- Coordination, management, and collaboration with other groups within Coor as well as with subcontractors
- Establishing goals and ongoing follow-up of these
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing work

We see that you have:
- Leadership experience with personnel responsibility in a service-oriented industry
- Experience in the cleaning sector
- Familiarity with INSTA 800, SRY, and other quality monitoring systems
- Very good computer skills and the ability to handle digital tools
- A valid driver's license (B category)

- Probationary period: 6 months
