Operational Manager Sought for AlltiBil Kungälv

Qualities for the Position - Structured, solution-oriented, and service-minded. - Experience with workshop operations in an authorized brand workshop or multi-brand service center. - Ability to follow up results against budget and act on deviations. - Experienced in working with key performance indicators, productivity, and customer satisfaction. - A secure and considerate leader who motivates with clarity and decisiveness. - Good knowledge of workplace environment work and quality systems (Approved Car Workshop, ISO). - Strong administrative skills and system proficiency: Microsoft 365, Cabas, and OE-DMS. - Previous experience with brand authorizations and their standards is meritorious. Work Responsibilities - Responsible for the workshop's daily operations, planning, and maintenance. - Manage customer contact, booking, quote requests, and invoicing. - Ensure high quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction through continuous follow-up. - Plan staffing, scheduling, vacation, and other personnel-related processes. - Follow up budget, sales, and results together with immediate supervisor. - Drive workplace environment work and ensure compliance with routines, laws, and safety regulations. - Ensure the workshop meets Approved Car Workshop (GBV) and other certification requirements. - Ensure the workshop meets the requirements of our brand authorizations. - Be a role model in leadership – lead for success through courage, care, and decisiveness.
