About the Position As Operations Manager for Fresh Departments, you will be responsible for one of our manual departments – fish or deli/cheese and manual meat. We are seeking someone who finds both areas equally enjoyable and has expertise in both areas. You will lead the daily work on the floor, inspire employees, and ensure the department maintains the highest quality – both in customer interactions and product selection. You will report to the Fresh Departments Sales Manager and be part of an engaged team that together creates experiences beyond the ordinary. Key Responsibilities - Lead daily operations in the department - Maintain close customer contact and ensure the best possible service - Plan and follow up on sales, waste, and results - Ensure order, hygiene, and self-monitoring - Inspire, develop, and support employees in daily work About You You have experience working with fresh departments – preferably in fish, deli/cheese, or manual meat – and enjoy a role that combines leadership with practical work and customer contact. You are a structured team player with drive, commitment, and a great passion for food.
