We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for Fruits & Vegetables – a key role for someone who loves the combination of creativity, sales, and operations.

Your Mission
- Drive sales and ensure an inspiring product range
- Plan, display, and create seasonal themes that engage both customers and colleagues
- Manage operations and daily planning in the department
- Develop the department's concept and profitability together with the Fruits & Vegetables Sales Manager

- Have experience in grocery retail or similar environment
- Have a strong interest in food, color, and design – and a natural sense of customer experience
- Are structured, engaged, and enjoy leading others in daily operations
- Thrive in a high-paced environment with days that vary by season
