Operations Manager for SWEDEGG's Egg Production Farm in Linghem – Become a Key Player with Us! Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager, you are at the heart of the farm’s operations. Your main responsibilities include:
• Leading and planning the daily work for packing staff and animal caretakers.
• Conducting self-inspections.
• Being responsible for operations and maintenance: Performing rounds, planning actions, and ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
• Quality assurance and documentation: Being responsible for inspections, calibration of machines,
• classification/labeling of egg packaging, as well as documentation of temperatures, inventory levels, and records.
• Daily collaboration with drivers and sales personnel.
Qualifications
• Experience in leadership (Required), preferably within agricultural animals/food production.
• Knowledge of food safety (HACCP/IP/ISO) is advantageous.
• Excellent skills in Excel and good organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Class C2 certification is a requirement.
