ABOUT THE POSITION
As an Operations and Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for both managing urgent maintenance and planning and executing ongoing maintenance, including regular inspections. You will work directly on maintenance tasks while planning and coordinating resources, leading contractors, and ensuring that operations run optimally.
You are responsible for ensuring that the facility operates in a safe, environmentally friendly, and economical manner, and together with your colleagues, you will ensure that production and distribution operations reach their full potential. The work will primarily take place during the day but will also include on-call responsibilities and weekend work approximately once a month.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks include:
* Ensuring that the operational area is run in an environmentally friendly, safe, and economical manner by working on continuous improvements according to Adven's management structure
* Collaborating with your colleagues to ensure that production and distribution operations achieve their full potential
* Ongoing maintenance work on production facilities and equipment
* Continuous monitoring and optimization of production units
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a technical background and has worked for several years as a maintenance technician, operations technician, process operator, mechanic, or electrician
- Has good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- Holds a B driver's license
- Speaks and writes fluent Swedish, as the language is used in daily operations
It is advantageous if you have:
- Previous experience with energy production facilities
- Strong mechanical skills
- Education in operations and maintenance
