On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking an Operations and Service Manager for a municipal housing company. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on January 2, 2026, and run until December 31, 2026, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.
**About the Assignment**
The role involves overall management, planning, and development within the operations center, with responsibility for ensuring that contracted services from suppliers/partners are aligned and adapted to the structure and needs of the company, thereby achieving the company's responsibilities and goals.
The work includes being a requirements setter during procurement processes and working with contract follow-ups in collaboration with relevant units, as well as planning and meetings with contractors and suppliers. The position works closely with the Operations and Management organization, as well as the purchasing department and project department, among others.
The Technical Unit is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all technical installations and their support systems. The unit also represents the client perspective with business-oriented requirements setting, follow-up, and verification of functions to ensure the company's responsibilities as a property owner and developer in terms of quality, environment, workplace safety, and sustainable economics.

**About You**
We are looking for candidates who meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Relevant higher education in economics, property management, or informatics. An MBA or similar qualifications are advantageous.
- At least five years of experience in similar roles, preferably with a combination of property management, finance, and IT.
- In-depth knowledge of ABFF and AFF and related agreements, especially within property services.
- Experience conducting procurements supported by LOU and ABFF.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Excel, to drive efficient workflows and analyses.
- Previous experience in managing larger change projects and implementing best practices and continuous improvements.
- Experience managing larger client accounts, understanding client requirements, and translating these into effective service deliveries.
- Experience in implementing property systems within a housing company.
- Participation in evaluations of property projects, project audits, leading forums for project follow-up, and negotiating with suppliers regarding project deliveries.
- Experience in driving implementation projects of operational contracts from the client side within a housing company.
- A valid driver's license (B category).
It is advantageous if you also meet the following requirements:
- Experience in the municipal sector.
