About this role
We are looking for an Operations and Service Manager for Contracting to join a leading player in property management in Stockholm. This is a consulting assignment. The position is full-time. The role involves close collaboration with the client, which requires a high degree of flexibility and teamwork.
Assignment
The role of Operations and Service Manager for Contracting entails leading, coordinating, and developing the operations, service, and maintenance performed under contract. The work includes overall responsibility for planning, quality assurance, and follow-up of agreed services, as well as collaboration with internal units and external suppliers to ensure efficiency and quality. The role also includes setting requirements during procurement processes and responsibility for strategic goals within operations and management.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for planning and quality assurance of the department's agreements, both upcoming and ongoing service, operations, and maintenance contracts.
- Lead, coordinate, and develop the department's work to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Plan, implement, and follow up on the organization's strategic goals within operations and management.
- Harmonize and adapt contracted services from suppliers and partners to match the company's structure and needs.
- Drive change management and continuous improvements within the department.
- Monitor the organization's performance using KPIs, reports, and feedback from stakeholders.
- Support in procurement processes, from request for proposals to contract writing and follow-up.
- Lead and develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, such as the purchasing department, contractors, and suppliers.
Requirements (Note: mandatory)
- Relevant higher education in economics, property management, or informatics. An MBA or similar qualifications are advantageous.
- At least five years of experience in similar roles, preferably with a combination of property management, economics, and IT.
- In-depth knowledge of ABFF and AFF and related agreements, especially within property services.
- Experience in conducting procurements supported by LOU and ABFF.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Excel, to drive efficient workflows and analyses.
- Previous experience in leading larger change projects and implementing best practices and continuous improvements.
- Experience managing larger customer accounts, understanding customer requirements, and translating these into effective service deliveries.
- Experience with the implementation of property systems in a housing company.
- Participation in evaluations of property projects, project audits, leading forums for project follow-up, and negotiating with suppliers regarding project deliveries.
- Experience in driving implementation projects of operational contracts from the client side within a housing company.
- Valid B driver's license.
- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
