**JOB DESCRIPTION**
The Department of Community Building is responsible for several aspects of the community building process. The Operations and Management Division contributes to creating safe, accessible, and attractive environments for residents, as well as the development of the municipality's public spaces and areas. The division is also responsible for the municipality's vehicle management and the workshop and storage of the department.
We are now seeking a customer service representative for our vehicle workshop. Your task will be to receive bookings for service and repairs of Växjö Municipality's vehicles. You will also schedule, plan, and organize the technicians' work, as well as order spare parts, materials, and book rental cars. Our workshop primarily handles passenger cars and light trucks.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that the workshop's equipment is in approved condition and that services are performed according to plan. You will also contribute to any purchases of equipment and tools for the workshop.
The job includes other administrative tasks such as invoice management and work in the associated operational systems.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
You have a relevant high school education, preferably supplemented with experience in the automotive industry/vehicle service. We prefer that you have specific previous experience working as a customer service representative or service advisor in a vehicle workshop.
You are technically inclined with a sense for economics and administration. You have an interest in, experience with, and a desire to develop the use of modern technology/IT in your work tasks.
As a person, you are self-motivated, positive, and a good team player. To succeed, you need to be solution-oriented, able to handle reprioritizations, and maintain good collaboration and a high level of service, even in stressful situations. This applies both to yourself and how you influence others.
You have good computer skills and proven administrative knowledge/ability, as well as good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written.
A driving license with at least a B category is required. Additional qualifications are seen as a positive.
Our Operations and Management Division conducts service activities, which requires you to have a sense of and willingness to provide service. It is important to have an understanding of diversity and social interactions. You feel comfortable representing what we stand for and have the ability to meet both colleagues and municipal residents with respect and understanding.

Working hours are daytime from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
