Dormsjöskolan is seeking awake night treatment pedagogues

Business Description: Dormsjöskolan is a residential care home (HVB) for boys aged 7-23. We are located in Southern Dalarna, just north of Hedemora, and have our own independent school. Here, children and young people live in five beautifully situated houses, near a lovely swimming lake and exciting forests. There are opportunities for fun activities as well as quiet moments, with adults to lean on. Target Group: Boys with neuropsychiatric disabilities as well as social and emotional issues. We have a license for 28 children/youths, and the license includes placements supported by SoL, LVU, and LSS. Job Description: You will work independently, with sleeping night staff available in the house. Duties include cleaning according to a schedule and preparing breakfast. You will participate in morning activities and have medication delegation responsibilities. We are looking for someone who is creative, enjoys physical activity, is passionate about working with children and young people with special needs, and excels at building trusting and positive relationships. The job requires you to be secure, solution-focused, resilient under stress, and possess a great deal of patience. You need to be able to express yourself well in writing, as documentation is part of the job. Education: A degree in Social Work/Treatment Pedagogy or another equivalent qualification is desirable.
