Donner High School is located on the Northern River Bank at Eriksberg. The school has approximately 780 students distributed across five programs: Economics Program, Natural Science Program, Natural Science Program with Music Specialization, Social Science Program, and Music with Social Science Orientation.

Your Mission
As a mentor, you will support students in their knowledge development and study situation.
As a school librarian, you will work on developing students' media and information literacy and digital skills. You will promote reading both in collaboration with school staff and independently.
Your Primary Responsibilities:
As a Mentor:
- Conduct development conversations
- Motivation work and structural support
- Contact with teachers and guardians
- Promote attendance and prevent school absence
In the Library:
- Manage daily library operations: staffing, lending (including course literature), cataloging, and media management
- Plan and implement reading promotion projects and activities
- Support teaching, including arranging study support
- Organize and manage retake exams
- Provide practical support in the school day as needed
Your Profile
You are a service-oriented, proactive, and structured person who enjoys having multiple points of contact. You can switch between independent work and collaboration and easily create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues. You create conditions for learning and encourage dialogue, participation, and engagement.
Requirements
We are seeking someone with:
- A college or university degree in library and information science, or a qualified teacher or social worker with school library experience
- Strong language skills in both Swedish and English
- Experience working in a school environment is meritorious

We offer a permanent position as mentor/school librarian at 80%. Start date according to agreement.
