About this role
As an employee at the Courts Authority, you have the opportunity to actively contribute to the development of Sweden's courts, which consist of around 80 courts, agencies, and committees with approximately 7,000 employees. About 400 employees work at the Courts Authority to develop and support Sweden's courts, with the central office located in Jönköping and branch offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, and Umeå. We are looking for someone who has at least 60 higher education credits from an ongoing law program and finds it stimulating to meet staff from Sweden's courts and teachers from various areas of the legal field. As a course host, you must be service-oriented, meticulous, and tech-savvy. You should also have the ability to prioritize and plan your work, as well as manage multiple tasks simultaneously. No previous experience is required.

Job Description
As a course host, you will be responsible for servicing training sessions in our training facilities on Torsgatan as well as in Färgskrapan, Attunda District Court. Your tasks will include ensuring that the facilities are prepared and organized for upcoming training sessions, checking that the technical equipment functions properly for both in-person and remote teaching, being available and providing excellent service to teachers and course participants, as well as preparing coffee breaks and maintaining cleanliness in the facilities. The employment location is Stockholm.
