Vattenfall Services Documentation Technology offers technical documentation of the electrical grid for extensive renovations and new constructions, as well as smaller installations of various types of facilities. We work with a large part of the energy sector, including electrical grids, district heating, lighting systems, and hydropower. Your Role as a Documentation Technician You will work with project administration during the construction or renovation of stations. As a documentation technician, you will work with drawings in GIS systems for our electrical grids and be responsible for new registrations, updates, corrections/adjustments, design, clean drafting, and production of quality-assured final documentation. We work in systems and programs such as NetBas, DP-Power, SAP, AutoCAD, and the Office suite. For the right person, there are good opportunities to work on various development projects and take responsibility for planning and customer relations. Requirements We are looking for someone who values accuracy and high quality. You work independently and are accustomed to handling deadlines. You are business-minded and communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have good social skills and build trust in your contacts, as well as collaborate well with both colleagues and customers. We know that you will develop with us. However, we prefer that you already have: • Experience in electrical power technology work or technical documentation. • Previous work as a technician or preparer is a plus. Preferred Qualifications • Education in electrical power. • Experience with NetBas and/or DP-Power, or similar systems. • Knowledge of CAD and DMS. • Experience in documentation management in projects.
