Assessment Criteria Among the applicants who meet the requirements for basic and specific eligibility, selection will be based on a comprehensive assessment of the applicant's ability to benefit from doctoral education. Special emphasis will be placed on the applicant's previous theses and degree projects, any research-related work experience, as well as experience in quality development work in or with schools, particularly from an organizational and management perspective. Personal suitability and other relevant qualifications will also be considered. Applicants should demonstrate a clear interest in issues related to schools, teachers' working conditions, and health. Experience in leading change and quality development work within schools is particularly meritorious. Furthermore, a high degree of results and goal orientation, good collaboration skills, and well-developed planning and initiative abilities are sought.
