Project Description Research Education Subject: Biological Physics (BIOLFYS) We are seeking a motivated candidate interested in biophysics and live cell imaging to work as a research engineer at the Advanced Optical Bio-Imaging Laboratory (https://www.testalab.org/) in Stockholm. The job will focus on investigating various labeling strategies for quantitative super-resolution fluorescence microscopy of dynamics in living cells. The project will involve experimental work in biophysics and optics, such as microscope construction and usage. Microscopy-based analysis and image analysis will be key components of the project, along with imaging at state-of-the-art super-resolution microscopes. The project will be conducted at the Department of Biophysics at KTH, located at SciLifeLab in Stockholm, a national hub for life science research with cutting-edge laboratories and a vibrant multidisciplinary environment.
