About the Assignment You will work as a personal assistant to a cheerful and social young man in his early 20s who lives with a neuropsychiatric functional variation. He has a great interest in video games, football, gym training, animals, and health. He appreciates an active and varied daily life while maintaining routines and predictability to create a sense of security and stability. Your role involves supporting him in his daily life both at home and during various activities. This may include accompanying him to activities or training, preparing meals, doing household chores, taking care of pets, and providing social and communicative support in everyday life. You will become an important part of a team working actively to provide him with a meaningful existence based on his own needs, wishes, and conditions. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who is confident, structured, attentive, and meticulous. Our team needs someone who is proactive, fearless, and responsible. Since the young man has certain challenges in social interaction and communication, it is crucial that you can read situations and express yourself clearly and appropriately. Wishes and Requirements: You are non-smoking and abstain from nicotine and caffeine during work shifts. A driver's license and access to a car are desirable. Previous experience in personal assistance or working with people with functional variations is preferred but not mandatory. Work Hours and Introduction The young man receives assistance around the clock, including night wait/on-call time. Your introduction will primarily occur during day/evening shifts, with the potential to work night shifts in the future.
