We are currently seeking, on behalf of our client, a
reliable and dedicated individual who wants to work in animal care in a meaningful and physically active environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Daily supervision and care of the farm’s laying hens - the well-being of the animals is always the top priority
* Egg packing and handling of fresh eggs
* Cleaning and mucking out to keep the barns clean and pleasant
* Basic repairs and maintenance of the farm’s buildings and equipment
* You will also work independently at times, so you should be comfortable making your own decisions and planning your workday
Your profile
We are looking for someone who:
* Has an interest in animals and preferably previous experience in agriculture or animal care (advantageous but not required)
* Is responsible, meticulous, and not afraid of hard work
* Enjoys practical work and has good physical fitness
* Can commute to the workplace during early morning hours (a driver’s license and access to a car are required)
* Can work 2 weekends a month
* Can communicate in Swedish or English
