About the Job As Division Head, You are the Line Manager for Department Heads Within the Division and Responsible for Strategic Management, Planning, Economics, Follow-up, and Coordination of Division Activities. You Report to the Healthcare Director and are Part of the Healthcare Management Team. Your Assignment Includes Being the Primary Contact Person for Political Committees. In Addition to Your Colleagues in the Healthcare Management Team, You Will Have Support Functions Including Chief Physician, HR Partner, Controller, and Administration. The Specialist Division is One of Three Divisions Within Our Healthcare and Consists of Traditional Hospital Activities Distributed Across 10 Clinics with the Majority of Care Beds. Your Mission is to Lead, Plan, Develop, and Coordinate Work Through Department Heads to Ensure Efficient Use of Shared Resources for the Benefit of Blekinge's Residents.
