About You
We are seeking someone who is accustomed to leading through other managers and has long-term experience in leading and developing organizations of similar size at a strategic level, with good knowledge of healthcare assignments. You understand and accept how decisions are driven and anchored in a politically governed organization. You are experienced in managing complex change processes requiring balancing and holistic perspective, and your leadership is characterized by trust, communication, and commitment. You have strong relationship-building abilities and a focused approach to developing goals, charting the course, and achieving results together with others.
You have an academic degree or other experience that the employer deems relevant for the position, as well as documented leadership training. We place great emphasis on personal qualities. A background check will be conducted before employment.
About the Job
As Division Manager, you are the line manager for division unit managers and responsible for strategic management, planning, economics, follow-up, and coordination of divisional activities. You report to the Healthcare Director and are part of the healthcare management team. The assignment includes being the primary contact person for political committees. In addition to your colleagues in the healthcare management team, you will have support functions including chief physician, HR partner, controller, and administration.
The Near-Healthcare Division is one of three divisions within our healthcare system and consists of 10 total operations in primary care, psychiatry, and dental care. Your mission is to lead, plan, develop, and coordinate work through division unit managers to ensure common resources are used efficiently and for the benefit of Blekinge's residents. This offers significant opportunities to influence and develop operations. In this role, you will collaborate and interact with multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
