Here, we have general practitioners, a district nurse reception, a nurse reception, diabetes and hypertension clinics, asthma/COPD and elderly care clinics, child health services, a laboratory, a rehab coordinator, and a psychosocial team. About You: You are a licensed district nurse with an interest in primary care. It is an advantage if you have training in diabetes care. You have a patient-focused approach, are flexible, communicative, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. We place great importance on personal suitability.
