About Us Hallunda Health Centre is a region-driven service unit with approximately 55 employees. Here, we have general practitioners, a district nurse reception, a nurse reception, diabetes and hypertension clinics, asthma/COPD and elderly care clinics, child health services, a laboratory, a rehab coordinator, and a psychosocial team. About You: You are a licensed district nurse with an interest in primary care. It is an advantage if you have training in diabetes care. You have a patient-focused approach, are flexible, communicative, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. We place great importance on personal suitability. Employment Type: Permanent full-time position. Part-time can be discussed. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement. For patient-facing work within the Stockholm County Healthcare Area: - A background check will be conducted prior to employment decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks upon hiring. - Employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which will be arranged through occupational health services before employment. - In addition to a Swedish professional license, good knowledge of the Swedish language at the C1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required.
