District Nurse / Nurse with Prescription Rights Wanted

Welcome to Kallhälls Nya Vårdcentral! We are a team of over 30 employees and have approximately 17,000 registered patients. The healthcare center is operated independently on behalf of Region Stockholm. Job Description To meet an increased patient flow, we are seeking a district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with prescribing rights, to work both in the clinic and within home healthcare. • Clinic: conducting patient visits, telephone consultations, triage, and other standard tasks at a healthcare center. • Home Healthcare: we are responsible for approximately 100 registered patients distributed across six districts. Work is carried out in a team alongside physicians, district nurses, and nursing assistants. Qualifications • Licensed district nurse or registered nurse, preferably with a few years of experience. • Experience in primary care, both clinic and home healthcare, is advantageous. • You are confident in your professional role, self-sufficient, and at the same time a team player. • You can independently plan, prioritize, and make decisions with patient safety in focus. • You possess excellent communication skills, are flexible, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive working environment. • Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. • A valid driver's license (Category B) is required. • Knowledge of the medical record system TakeCare and the telephone system MBX is an advantage.
