Primary care in Region Jämtland Härjedalen is organizationally part of the Division of Close Care, together with Ambulance services, Public Dental Care, Psychiatry, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
Primary care is organized into four primary care areas, and since January 2022, primary care and ambulance services have been integrated under good and close care. Each primary care area is an economic unit led by a unit manager. Primary care is also responsible for the region's medical advice service, youth clinic, and the close care unit Näva, all of which are funded by grants.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Standard duties as a district nurse. Staffing the minor emergency clinic, reception, telephone advice, wound care, etc. Here, we work in teams, with Extended Primary Care and emergency teams. You will rotate between different positions, allowing for a great variety of work.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in primary care, preferably in rural areas. You should be a qualified district nurse, ideally with experience. We place great importance on interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate. Experience in emergency care of patients in rural areas, working with patients with dementia, and cooperation with municipal health and medical care are advantageous.
